Don't Get Tricked Out Your Spot

So I’ve been working out quite a bit lately and to be honest I’m loving it! I’ve never been the type to say I love to exercise. Honestly, in the past the thought of it made me cringe. However, as I get older and realize just how important my health is, its important to me that I’m active in some sort of way everyday. This is the first time in forever that I’ve been consistent and I hope it continues. I typically upload things on social media and document my workout but since then, over the last month I’ve started receiving messages from friends and associates that I'm going too hard in the gym. Comments such as, "you’re going to drift away. You don’t have anything to work on. Why are you of all people exercising?” If you know me then you know I’m a pretty confident individual so of course it doesn't bother me because 1. I know that the people who are saying these things don't mean any harm and 2. I know that I’m working on a better me both spiritually and physically...
